Who Qualifies for a T Visa?
You may qualify if you are a victim of human trafficking — including forced labor, domestic servitude, or sex trafficking — and are currently present in the United States. This includes individuals who entered through the U.S.-Mexico border or any other port of entry, with or without documentation. You must have cooperated with law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of trafficking, though exceptions apply for minors and those unable to cooperate due to trauma. Qualifying family members may also be included in your petition.
