Who Qualifies for an EB-4?
You may qualify for an EB-4 visa if you fall into one of the special immigrant categories recognized by U.S. immigration law. This includes religious workers such as ministers and non-profit employees, certain broadcasters working for U.S. international media, Iraqi and Afghan nationals who have assisted U.S. armed forces, as well as certain physicians, retired NATO employees, and other special categories. Each category has specific requirements, but all share a path to permanent residency without the standard labor certification process.
