You may qualify for an EB-5 visa if you are a foreign investor willing to invest a minimum of $800,000 in a targeted employment area or $1,050,000 in other areas in a new commercial enterprise in the United States. Your investment must create or preserve at least 10 full-time jobs for qualifying U.S. workers. This visa is available to investors of all nationalities and does not require a job offer or U.S. employer sponsorship. Immediate family members, including spouses and unmarried children under 21, are also eligible for permanent residency.
